Simple Determination of the Scope of the App & the Associated Fees

The MEA App pricing structure is composed of two basic components: the setup fee and the event licensing. The first depends on the distribution path that you choose.

1) Your Event-App will be distributed using your company’s Developer-Account with the Apple or Google Play Stores (MEA Custom App).

2) Your Event-App will be distributed using our MEA container solution (the MEA Container App)

Please note that version 2 requires the app to be published via your own developer account for the respective App Store. We’ve provided you documents that explain how to create a Google and Apple developer account.

Do you intend to use the app for several events? Will the Event App be used for an extended period of time? Do you need our help with maintaining the content? Do you want to use any of a number of add-on features? Our construction kit makes such options possible without any problems. The fees for the app will remain transparent and easy to review. You will get a customized offer appropriate to your needs.

The Fast Way to the Custom App

If you have chosen the Custom Mobile Event App option, we will request a fee of 4,900 € for initial setup. This includes creation of your personalized CMS system and the three App platforms (for iOS, Android and the Web app) and distribution to the respective stores. We will create your Event App with the desired design and the colors for your Corporate Identity and setup the initial content. At a backend training seminar, you will learn how to setup content and the app for yourself. The setup fee also includes the first 6 months of hosting, periodic maintenance (in the sense of updates) and support provided by our service team.

The setup fee for the Mobile Event App Container will not be applicable. However, the distribution of your Event App to the three platforms (iOS, Android and Web) using our Container App will be included along with more than 40 features, including a custom content management system and the associated training. The 6-month package, consisting of hosting, maintenance and updates, will also be included.
